Lawyers defending human rights

About Refugee and Migrant Justice

At Refugee and Migrant Justice everything we do is driven by a single goal: to make sure that asylum seekers and other migrants in the UK secure their human rights.

On the one hand, that means providing high-quality legal advice and representation to people who don’t have the means to pay.

On the other, it means looking at the broader picture. Through research and campaigning, our team brings facts and expertise to what can be an ill-informed public debate. We strive to challenge thinking, influence policy making and lobby for positive changes in the asylum and immigration system.

Underpinning all of this is a passionate desire to give some of the UK’s most vulnerable adults and children a voice.

Operating from a network of offices across the country, our 270 staff have built up an unparalleled reputation for the professionalism and quality of their work. Thanks to the commitment and ambition of every member of our team, we are continuing to grow and evolve through our consistent and fearless use of the law to protect human rights.

Refugee and Migrant Justice is a registered charity. We are funded through legal aid contracts with the Legal Services Commission and donations.
