Refugee & Migrant Justice is changing – and we need your help to do it. We are now recruiting various full time positions based in London supporting and upgrading a Microsoft environment. Working within the Information Systems department, you will report to the Head of IS and oversee two helpdesk engineers in a lively office supporting 300 users across 13 offices throughout England. Your primary responsibility will be the management of the Server farm, active/passive network infrastructure, desktop environment and all associated technology. This is a hands on technical role requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and to exercise priorities when delivering agreed projects against maintenance duties.
