Work is more than making a living

People are at the heart of Refugee and Migrant Justice. The clients we support of course. But also the people who choose to work with us.

You’ll soon discover that training and development is a key priority here. Whichever role you have within the organisation, we’ll ensure that you’re empowered with the tools you need to achieve your professional potential. There’s the opportunity to get involved in a huge variety of work and see things through from start to finish. And of course, we can provide a healthier work-life balance than many organisations.

That commitment is reinforced by our benefits, which include flexible hours and good holidays - on top of competitive salaries, an excellent pension scheme and more. But for many people, the biggest benefit is the opportunity to work alongside like-minded professionals in this team-focused and supportive environment.

Meet some of the people who work for us, across a wide variety of disciplines, all of whom have very different backgrounds but all of whom get a lot of satisfaction from working here.

We are particularly looking to recruit people to casework roles who are either:

  • accredited to Level 2 of the Law Society’s Accreditation scheme for Immigration Advice
  • law graduates with an interest in the field of asylum and immigration
  • experienced in sectors such as housing or social services, who are looking for a change of career.
